Hot, Customizable Meals for Spokane Studios — Ready When You Yell “Action!”
From the busy sound stages on Spokane’s North Bank to indie shoots on South Hill, Best Food Trucks keeps Inland Northwest crews fueled and filming. Our Spokane studio catering service delivers steaming, made-to-order meals exactly when your 1st AD calls break, so the only thing running behind schedule is the sunset over the Spokane River.
We curate rotating daily menus featuring hometown favorites: cool off with Whitman Acres lemonade and iced tea, spice things up with authentic Lebanese eats from Skewers Food Truck, go island-inspired with Island Style Food & BBQ, dive into comfort classics at MacDaddys, or savor Texas-meets-Lilac-City smoke from 7 J's BBQ. Your crew will think they’re at Pig Out in the Park instead of the back lot!
Best Food Trucks handles every detail: scouting the perfect service spot, securing Spokane permits and insurance, streamlining mobile ordering and pickup, and providing a clear cost summary that respects your production budget. Food-truck catering slashes food and packaging waste too, helping keep the “Lilac City” green. Let us take the guesswork out of mealtime for your Spokane studio—one less thing to worry about before the next take.
Supporting Spokane’s Small Businesses—One Set at a Time
Booking food truck catering for your Spokane studio shoot does more than fill bellies between takes—it keeps our hometown economy rolling. Every truck that pulls up to your lot in Hillyard or your downtown soundstage is usually run by a Gonzaga alum, a Fairchild veteran, or a family that grew up cheering on the Indians at Avista Stadium. Your catering dollars stay right here in the Lilac City, helping local owners pay staff, buy ingredients from Spokane Valley farms, and keep their rigs spotless for tomorrow’s call sheet.
Food trucks are also the eco-friendly choice for film set catering in Spokane. Self-contained kitchens mean lower energy use than a traditional commissary, and streamlined digital ordering cuts down on paper waste that might otherwise drift into the Spokane River Gorge. By choosing food truck studio catering, you’re serving cast and crew fresh, hot meals while keeping our city green for the next production that rolls into town.
So whether you’re googling “low-budget film catering Spokane,” “Spokane studio food trucks,” or simply need an unforgettable craft-service upgrade, Best Food Trucks has you covered. Support local businesses, protect the Inland Northwest landscape, and feed your crew—hit us up and make your next shoot taste like Spokane.

This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

Everything worked out wonderfully. The food was amazing and Chef Tony was awesome. My guests and I were so happy and there was plenty of food.

The pulled chicken is very good. I wanted no salt on my fries, and they had to redo them, but they did so with a smile.

This is the second or third time ordering from taco boss and the food has been phenomenal every time.

The tacos are really good. My only complaint is on a few of the orders. I asked for no onions and no cilantro due to family members with onion allergies and onions are still on it that we had to take it. The food definitely taste good. I would just prefer more acknowledgment to what we were requested since it was an option.

Both pizza were delicious and had plenty of toppings! One of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had! Loved that you could order ahead and the texting feature to know pick up. Would love for them to come to the neighborhood again!

It was good chicken and fries. There was a lady who was sort of blocking the window from the outside who was thinking about what she wanted. When I went around her because my phone showed my order was ready I heard her acting like I had cut her. Like I had to ask her permission to try to pick up a take out order. So that was annoying.

The food was still warm . I had preordered. This helped with having the food ready instead of waiting for a long time. I liked the idea of the device they gave to us for pick up. The customer service was also pleasant.

Maybe a different sauce on the fajita chicken wrap. The portion and food quality was very good. The okra was wonderful.
