Hot, Customizable Meals for Medford Studios—Ready When the Cameras Stop Rolling!
Whether your set is tucked beside the Rogue River, on location in Jacksonville’s historic district, or inside one of downtown Medford’s sound stages, Best Food Trucks has the local know-how to keep your cast and crew well fed. After years of fueling major productions, we’ve perfected studio food truck catering in Medford: we’ll craft rotating daily menus that highlight Southern Oregon favorites, map the smoothest traffic flow for service in tight parking lots, streamline online ordering and walk-up pickup, and verify every vendor’s permits and insurance.
Want authentic barbecue smoke drifting through the lot at lunch? Tap Rolling Smoke BBQ Company and let Chef-Pitmaster Shannon pull pork and brisket just for your team. Prefer vegan, tacos, or wood-fired pizza tomorrow? We’ll schedule a new truck each day to keep morale high and palates happy.
Food truck catering for Medford studios also shrinks your environmental footprint—individual portions mean less food and packaging waste compared with traditional buffet service. When you pair that with our detailed cost summaries that respect your production budget, mealtime becomes one less scene to manage. Trust Best Food Trucks to handle the catering while you focus on nailing the next take.
Supporting Southern Oregon’s Small Businesses
Booking food truck catering for a studio in Medford doesn’t just satisfy hungry crews—it keeps Rogue Valley dollars right here at home. Nearly every truck we dispatch to your set is owned by a Medford, Central Point, or Ashland family who shops at the local Growers Market, buys Rogue Creamery cheese, and hires North Medford High students for weekend help. Instead of wiring profits to an out-of-state conglomerate, your catering budget fuels the very streets you’re filming on.
The environmental benefits roll like the Rogue River, too. Self-contained kitchens mean lower electricity draw than a traditional commissary, while individually plated meals slash buffet waste. Many of our partner trucks even compost on site at the Jackson County facility off Table Rock Road.
So the next time your production manager types “low-budget film catering near me”—or better yet, “food truck catering for studio in Medford”—land on Best Food Trucks and lock in a service that’s delicious, eco-smart, and proudly local.

I was happy with everything! If I was nit picking I'd say the drinks were not cold but that wasn't a big deal to me since we are at home. It would have been if we had been out somewhere say at the beach or a park or concert etc.

Everything! Bang bang chicken is my favorite. It's highly protein based with great sauce coating over the chicken and fries to boot. Can last me all day.

We tried the sandwiches with bacon jam for the first time. The burger and chicken sandwiches were delicious!!! We tend to order the grilled cheese burger and the chicken bacon club. Now I won't know which sandwich to order next time!😁

I ordered the Cuban sandwich without mustard but it came loaded with mustard. The sandwich was cooked perfectly and the pork was delicious but had way to much mustard. Otherwise I would’ve given 5 stars in lieu of 4. 😊 The pulled pork sandwich was delicious.

Tacos El Poblanito did an excellent job catering my client’s picnic. They kept in constant communication throughout the day, which made everything run smoothly. My client said the food was delicious, and the guests all enjoyed it. I would definitely recommend them!

Pizza was still warm when I picked it up and had so much flavor. First time trying the veggie, it's a new fav.

Way too much sauce in the esquite that made it resemble more of a soup. I dumped out half the sauce so I could enjoy the corn more, but everything had good flavor.
