Food Truck Catering for Large-Scale Events in Medford, Oregon
From concerts at the Britt Festival Pavilion to the annual Pear Blossom Parade winding down Central Avenue, Medford knows how to throw a party—and great parties demand unforgettable food. Modern food trucks have replaced the old tent-and-grill set-ups that used to crowd the Jackson County Fairgrounds. Each truck arrives with a fully self-contained commercial kitchen, so you skip the extra permits, generators, and hours of assembly.
Best Food Trucks makes organizing those mobile kitchens easy. Whether you’re planning a marathon finish line at Bear Creek Park, a corporate picnic along the Rogue River, or a packed weekend at Lithia Motors Amphitheater, we curate a lineup that keeps crowds happy and lines moving. Our network ranges from gourmet concepts to comfort-food classics, so every guest can find something that hits the spot.
Looking for smoky Southern barbecue? Book Rolling Smoke BBQ Company or its sister rig Rolling Smoke BBQ Company and let pitmaster Shannon serve brisket that rivals anything east of the Mississippi. Craving gooey, golden sandwiches after a day on Roxy Ann Peak? The Melt Gourmet Grilled Cheese crafts masterpieces that pair perfectly with a local IPA from Walkabout Brewing.
No matter the scale—10,000 fans at Harry & David Field or 200 vendors at the Holiday Market—Best Food Trucks delivers seamless, SEO-friendly food truck catering for large-scale events in Medford. Tell us your headcount, your venue, and your favorites, and we’ll handle the rest while you enjoy the Rogue Valley’s biggest moments.
Skip the Line and Soak Up the Medford Magic
Nothing kills Rogue Valley vibes faster than a 40-person food line. Best Food Trucks keeps your Pear Blossom Parade crowds, Britt Festival concertgoers, and Rogue X trade-show delegates moving with our cutting-edge online ordering system. Guests browse menus on their phones, tap to pay, then wander Central Avenue or snag a seat at Harry & David Field until a text says, “Your tacos are ready!”
Planning ahead? Send a custom pre-order link with ticket confirmations so runners can schedule a post-race smoothie at Bear Creek Park or families can reserve wood-fired pizza before gates open at the Jackson County Fair. Our platform is built for volume, processing hundreds of simultaneous orders without a hiccup—exactly what you need for hassle-free food truck catering for large-scale events in Medford.

The only thing we would not order again is the Barbacoa tacos. Expected them to be more finely shredded. The meat was a little tough. Everything else was great!

More accurate timeline to have the food ready. My grandkids waited 45 mins after being told it would be 10 minutes

Suggest slightly less fries. I did like how they were cooked. Slightly more sauce in the sandwich; not much though. I'd definitely order again in the future.

Food was great, process was not, received message 30 minutes prior to my requested order time only to arrive and then have to wait 20 minutes in line to pick up my order..... process needs value stream mapping. Food was legit though.
