Grand Rapids Food Truck Catering for Your Fundraiser
From an ArtPrize silent auction downtown to a charity golf scramble out in Ada, Grand Rapids loves to give back. What you don’t love are late private chefs, confusing menus, and guests grumbling while the donation thermometer stalls. Best Food Trucks removes that headache with turnkey food truck catering for fundraisers in Grand Rapids, so you can stay laser-focused on sponsorships, raffles, and raising money for your cause.
Our West Michigan roster features crowd-pleasing local favorites that donors already know from Fifth Third Ballpark and the Fulton Street Market: veteran-owned Airborne Burritos slings bold, globally inspired burritos and nachos; Waffle Stix serves sweet and savory waffles on a stick (perfect for mingling around the auction tables); MyCone Creamery keeps the bidding hot with hand-dipped ice-cream cones; Roll Call by Gettin' Fresh dishes out multi-cultural specialties; and Around Baking Company satisfies every sweet tooth with artisan desserts.
Booking is simple: one contract, transparent pricing, and our exclusive digital ordering platform that lets guests order from their phones and pick up when their name pops up—no long lines, no lost donors. We handle permits, parking, and power whether your event is riverside at Ah-Nab-Awen Park, under the roof at the Downtown Market, or in a school gym on the city’s West Side.
Make your next booster bash, church mission drive, or 5K after-party the tastiest event on the Grand River. Partner with Best Food Trucks and see why nonprofits across the 616 rely on us for dependable, delicious, and profitable Grand Rapids fundraiser catering.
Skip the food line and keep your Grand Rapids fundraiser humming
Nothing kills the momentum of a paddle raise faster than a 30-minute wait for tacos. That’s why every Best Food Trucks Grand Rapids fundraiser catering package includes our lightning-fast online ordering system. Donors can scan a QR code at DeVos Place, Calder Plaza, or the Forest Hills Fine Arts Center, choose their favorite truck, and get a text when their meal is ready—no lines, no complaints, no missed bids.
Running a gala on the Blue Bridge or a dance marathon at GVSU’s Fieldhouse? Send a pre-order link with your RSVP email so guests can lock in a pickup time before the first welcome speech. While they’re buying raffle tickets for a John Ball Zoo family pass, their brisket mac or vegan grain bowl will be firing on the truck.
Food trucks plus real-time mobile ordering means you stay focused on raising money and having fun, not traffic-directing hungry patrons. Greater Grand Rapids nonprofits trust Best Food Trucks to deliver hassle-free, high-volume meals that keep the thermometer climbing.
Raise funds, not frustration—let us handle the eats.

This food truck was amazing, the food was fantastic, everyone at my event agreed! Pricing was fair, the lead Rueben communicated so well prior to event and was very prompt and responsive. I highly recommend this food truck to anyone!

I hosted an office event that was made wonderful by having Poblanos Taco Truck! The food was DELICIOUS and they were set up to serve 40 people very efficiently. Every one loved the food. Jonathan and his collegue were so friendly! Big Hit! Highly recommend.

Their Mexican food is great. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the steak sliders were slightly inconsistent, but great tasting.

Food was excellent. But tried to stop serving ten minutes early to attend another event. However they served my last guest when I reminded them there were ten minutes left and at least 25 more meals that had been paid for. That was the only cause for concern because I don’t know how many other people they had refused to serve in order to clean up.
