Food was very good, They started a little late, and the staff did not speak or understand English well so some requests were not understood. Also, you should communicate better with your customers regarding what to expect (prior to the event) and when you send the link to make payment it should give you options not just default to your previous payment method. We had Jeries, Armando and their team out for our daughter's 2nd birthday party and they were awesome! Showed up on time and very pleasant throughout. The food was fabulous. They served regular fries vs. asparagus fries, though we were not bothered by this. Would hire again.
