Food was very good, They started a little late, and the staff did not speak or understand English well so some requests were not understood. Also, you should communicate better with your customers regarding what to expect (prior to the event) and when you send the link to make payment it should give you options not just default to your previous payment method. Smash Hit Burgers and Chef Zach were fantastic! The food was DELICIOUS! We had a corporate event and they handled a surge of people well. We had such positive feedback about their service and quality of food. Chef Zach was quick to respond to any questions and were able to provide a certificate of insurance to meet our building's requirements.

Could use more sauce n cheese and 2 tenders instead of 1 and the fries were overcooked and dry. Need fries with the sandwiches, would be better for the price.
