We were a little nervous that they would need more time to set up, as they didn't arrive until about 25-30 minutes before our event. However that was the only potential negative aspect. These guys were quick with getting food out, I had so many positive comments regarding how good the food was I lost track how many there were. I would absolutely hire this truck again in a heartbeat.

Food was great and she was very pleasant. She was by herself when I went down there but she had a great system and stayed positive during a hectic time. I loved being able to pre-order and that they texted me when my food was ready.

The food was incredibly tasty and the portions were large - enough left over for lunch tomorrow. There aren't many creole trucks out there so knocking it out of the park flavor-wise was great!

Everything was great but no one knew they could get a cookie, the sign for the type of pizza's and the cookie was not very visible. The team did a great job, food was hot and delicious (salad very good). We had some happy campers.
