Hot, Customizable Meals for Grand Junction Studios—Ready When the Director Calls “Cut!”
Shooting a scene against the Colorado National Monument or setting up lights on Main Street? Best Food Trucks delivers fast, reliable food truck catering for studio productions in Grand Junction, CO. We keep cast and crew fueled and on schedule, no matter if you’re filming at Mesa Mall Studios or capturing sunrise along the Colorado River.

Best Food Trucks handles every detail for your Grand Junction studio catering: pinpointing the best curbside spot for service, streamlining online ordering and pickup, verifying permits and insurance with the City of Grand Junction and Mesa County, and presenting a clear cost summary that stays within budget. Fueling Grand Junction’s Creative Economy—One Food Truck at a Time
Choosing food truck catering for your Grand Junction studio shoot does more than satisfy hungry crews; it keeps production dollars working right here on the Western Slope. Each burrito rolled or Palisade-peach BBQ slider served is prepared by owner-operators who live between Fruita and Clifton—not a distant corporate kitchen.
Our trucks stock up at Mesa County farms and vendors, so that sunrise breakfast run helps local growers of Olathe sweet corn and legendary Palisade peaches. Because food trucks cook to order with high-efficiency equipment and compostable serviceware, they slash energy use and landfill waste compared with traditional buffet catering—perfect for eco-minded sets filming against the Colorado National Monument.
So next time you Google “affordable film set catering in Grand Junction,” skip the chains and call Best Food Trucks. You’ll get flavorful, on-schedule meals, support small businesses, and keep your production as sustainable as a sunset over the Book Cliffs.

This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

The food, service, and support were incredible. They were so good that we wanted to add another day of rental for the next day at our production, but they were already booked. Will definitely work with them again.

The pulled chicken is very good. I wanted no salt on my fries, and they had to redo them, but they did so with a smile.

This is the second or third time ordering from taco boss and the food has been phenomenal every time.

The tacos are really good. My only complaint is on a few of the orders. I asked for no onions and no cilantro due to family members with onion allergies and onions are still on it that we had to take it. The food definitely taste good. I would just prefer more acknowledgment to what we were requested since it was an option.

Both pizza were delicious and had plenty of toppings! One of the best gluten free crusts I've ever had! Loved that you could order ahead and the texting feature to know pick up. Would love for them to come to the neighborhood again!

It was good chicken and fries. There was a lady who was sort of blocking the window from the outside who was thinking about what she wanted. When I went around her because my phone showed my order was ready I heard her acting like I had cut her. Like I had to ask her permission to try to pick up a take out order. So that was annoying.

The food was still warm . I had preordered. This helped with having the food ready instead of waiting for a long time. I liked the idea of the device they gave to us for pick up. The customer service was also pleasant.
