Hot, Customizable Meals for Every Grand Junction Studio Set
Shooting a commercial off North Avenue, or blocking a scene with the Colorado National Monument in the background? Wherever your Grand Junction studio is rolling cameras, Best Food Trucks delivers fast, flavor-packed meals that keep cast and crew on schedule. We’ve spent years feeding production teams, so we understand the tight call sheets, last-minute script changes, and dietary curveballs that come with life on set in Western Colorado.
Our local concierge team will craft rotating daily menus featuring popular Grand Valley favorites, map the best truck placement for quick service (even on those narrow downtown alleys), coordinate online ordering and staggered pickup, and ensure every vendor carries Mesa County-approved permits and insurance. You’ll also receive a clear cost analysis that respects both union rules and your bottom line.
Looking to spice up a night shoot? Bring in authentic Mexican flavor with Armando Tacos. Need stick-to-your-ribs comfort food after an early call time? Bravos Food Truck and jukebox-themed Jukebox Jamboree serve All-American classics that travel well from base camp to set. And when the crew smells hickory smoke drifting over the Colorado River, they’ll know Bo-B-Q has arrived with award-winning barbecue.
Food truck catering for studios in Grand Junction isn’t just convenient—it’s sustainable. Trucks cook to order, reducing the food and packaging waste that traditional craft services racks up. Let Best Food Trucks handle your Grand Junction studio catering so you can focus on the shot list, not the lunch list.
Fueling Grand Junction’s Small Businesses
Choosing food truck catering for your Grand Junction studio set isn’t just a win for hungry cast and crew—it’s a direct boost to the Western Slope’s small-business community. The trucks that pull up to your Orchard Mesa backlot or North Avenue warehouse are owned by Fruita farmers, Palisade peach growers, and Grand Junction families who pour their heart into every plate. Each taco, brisket slider, or vegan bowl sold keeps dollars circulating on Main Street and supports year-round local jobs.
Food trucks are also the eco-friendly way to feed a production. Self-contained kitchens draw minimal power, cook to order, and serve on compostable ware, slashing the trash piles that traditional craft-service tables leave behind. Fewer supply runs between the Colorado Riverfront Trail and Redlands shooting locations mean a lighter carbon footprint for your show, too.
So the next time you search for “film set food truck catering Grand Junction” or “low-budget studio catering near me,” hit up Best Food Trucks. We’ll line up the valley’s tastiest, most sustainable mobile kitchens, letting you focus on capturing that golden Monument backdrop while we handle the meals.

The steak flavor was amazing and perfectly cooked. I loved the onions and the fries. The cream sauce was delicious and the cucumber tomato salad was fresh and really good too. I also enjoyed how thin the wrap was. Really impressed with everything, thank you

One of the pizza's was perfect but the cheese pizza was burned in the bottom which made the pizza taste bad . We follow the truck and have never had this happen.

This is the best burger truck. Everything we ordered was really fresh. Please keep Smash and Roll on Talavera’s list of trucks.

The fries were cooked well and love the seasoning, I just prefer thinner fries. I also think it would be better if the bun was toasted. Otherwise great meal.
