Hot, Customizable Meals for Every Grand Junction Studio Set
Best Food Trucks has been keeping Western Slope film crews happy for years, and now we bring that same white-glove food truck catering service to studios all over Grand Junction—from the warehouses off Riverside Parkway to the pop-up sound stages near Las Colonias Amphitheater. We know that when the director calls “Lunch!” every second counts, so our meals land fast, fresh, and right on budget.
Our team will build rotating daily menus that spotlight Mesa County favorites—think Palisade-peach-glazed brisket one day, scratch-made street tacos the next—while covering every dietary need from vegan to high-protein. We’ll pinpoint the perfect parking spot, streamline online ordering and pickup, confirm City of Grand Junction permits and insurance, and deliver a crystal-clear cost breakdown before the first slate claps.
Want local flavor? Treat the crew to authentic Mexican from Armando Tacos, smoky barbecue by Bo-B-Q, or stick-to-your-ribs comfort food courtesy of Bravos Food Truck and Jukebox Jamboree. Food truck catering also slashes food and packaging waste, helping keep our high-desert vistas and the Colorado River corridor pristine.
Whether you’re filming a car chase on Main Street or a sunset scene below the Book Cliffs, let Best Food Trucks handle the mealtime logistics. Grand Junction studio food truck catering has never been easier—or tastier.
Fueling Your Shoot — and Grand Junction’s Small Businesses
Every time you book studio food truck catering in Grand Junction, you do more than feed the cast and crew—you pour money back into the Western Slope’s hometown economy. Most Grand Valley trucks are run by Colorado Mesa University grads, Fruita families, or Clifton culinarians who turned their farmers-market booths into kitchens on wheels. Your order keeps those dreamers rolling, from Main Street wraps to Redlands dessert crêpes.
Food trucks also shrink a production’s carbon footprint. A single rig sips far less power than a brick-and-mortar kitchen and serves everything in compostable or recyclable ware, keeping trash out of the Colorado River corridor. Many operators source Palisade peaches, Olathe sweet corn, and grass-fed beef straight from Mesa County producers—so your crew eats hyper-local while the cameras stay on schedule.

This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

Mami's Empandas was a hit at our event last week. Everyone loved the options, and everything was served hot and fresh. We are truly grateful to have had them attend our grand opening.

They forgot one order of fries The young lady asked my name when I got to the truck so I gave her my LAST name. Apparently she wanted my FIRST name. I wish she had clarified that for me Our order was scheduled for 6:30. I got it at 6:44. Not terrible but a notification would have been nice

Everything was great! Only thing is the bacon Jam was so Smokey it took over the whole flavor of the meal and my mouth was just lingering with smokiness.

Had a little bit of a difficult time telling which taco was which without picking through the tacos to see what meat it was. Offer diet sodas or more variety. They need chips and salsa!
