StopBye The Original and The Best Indonesian Fusion Food Truck in Los Angeles. StopBye Café is a family owned food truck serving Indonesian Fusion cuisine. We infuse the flavors of "Spice Island" (Indonesia) into a number of our dishes! We prepare fresh, savory entrees using exotic spices from around the world. Our spices and condiments incorporate local produce and international and local ingredients, such as galangal, turmeric, lemongrass, white pepper and Szechuan peppercorn as well as other regional spices which reflect the travels and work experiences of owners Tom and Justin. ​ Chef Justin is from Indonesia (Spice Island) and has spent the last 6 years learning from master Chef Sang Yoon at Lukshon in Culver City, Chef Wolfgang Puck at Spago Beverly Hills, Tres by Chef Jose Andres at SLS Hotels in Beverly Hills, and Cavatina by Chef Michael Schlow at Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood. Tom brings a background in management and customer care.
