Gourmet Hot Dogs
We purchase our hot dogs from Ream's Meat Market (Elburn, IL), a local butcher shop who has been in business for over 50-years. We start our creations with typically a beef frank, beef and cheddar or jalapeno and cheese dog, and then top it with our own special recipe creations -- such as the "Bad Hombre" or "Brie Oui Oui." We have over 50 recipe creations and a rotating, weekly menu!
Authentic Hawaiian Shave Ice
We start by ordering our concentrates directly from Hawaii, and then using them to make our own syrup, using 100% organic, pure cane sugar. We then make our own macadamia nut folded ice cream, which is then topped with "snow," shaved from an traditional Japanese shave ice machine, using a traditional Japanese blade. Finally, we top out artisan ice with our creamy "snow cap." The only way you're going to find a more authentic shave ice, is if you fly to Hawaii!!
