Getting to know us!

We started as one of Houston's first food trucks in the scene, back in 2011! Wow how have the years gone by. the original owners were bought out in the mid 2010's and took new ownership by Damion Loera, also owner of True Dog Houston.

We specialize in serving up Houston's first ever paratha taco. We use a flakey asian paratha, full of buttery deliciousness that will have your tummy in heaven! We use a tender ribeye cut, marinated Korean BBQ style, or diced chicken thigh cut, for our proteins--and of course, we can't forget our vegetarians! We cater to all food restrictions/dietary restrictions!

Since our opening in 2011, we have expanded into a new food truck, a new trailer, and have now decided to focus primarily on pop-up concepts serving our delicious food and private catering events with our food truck and trailer!
