Hoss' Loaded Burgers Food Truck in Nashville Dallas Shaw created Hoss’ Loaded Burgers in 2011 because he saw a need for delicious cheeseburgers in Music City. Focusing on high quality ingredients, he source's the very best ingredients from Nashville's own Porter Road Butcher and Charpier’s Bakery. Everything was great! Only thing is the bacon Jam was so Smokey it took over the whole flavor of the meal and my mouth was just lingering with smokiness.

They forgot one order of fries The young lady asked my name when I got to the truck so I gave her my LAST name. Apparently she wanted my FIRST name. I wish she had clarified that for me Our order was scheduled for 6:30. I got it at 6:44. Not terrible but a notification would have been nice

Hoss' Loaded Burgers did an amazing job at our wedding! The food was delicious, everyone raved about it. The service was excellent. They were super accommodating to all of my needs and requests. Highly recommend. 10/10
