About Hoss' Loaded Burgers
Hoss' Loaded Burgers Food Truck in Nashville Dallas Shaw created Hoss’ Loaded Burgers in 2011 because he saw a need for delicious cheeseburgers in Music City. Focusing on high quality ingredients, he source's the very best ingredients from Nashville's own Porter Road Butcher and Charpier’s Bakery. With a focus on flavor, Dallas uses made-from-scratch sauces and pairs them with unique cheeses and toppings to create burger flavor profiles that you can’t find anywhere else. Hoss Burgers is also available for food truck catering.

Everything was very good as well as fresh. I think the burger could have used more seasoning but that is only a preference and not a negative.

Burgers needed more fresh fixings (onion, lettuce) All our burgers had a tiny, wilted lettuce piece that we removed. Also the option to opt out of mustard

Great flavor and fresh. Bun is a little large but all in all incredly flavorful fresh burgers. And the best fries from a food truck we have ever had!

Hoss' Loaded Burgers did an amazing job at our wedding! The food was delicious, everyone raved about it. The service was excellent. They were super accommodating to all of my needs and requests. Highly recommend. 10/10
