Brazilian native Wanderson Gonzalez spent years working in kitchens as he put away money to start his own food truck. Unfortunately, he had some setbacks along the way. When a fraudulent truck building company cheated Wanderson out of $20,000, he was ready to give up. However, his wife encouraged him to save more money and give it another try. Residents of Providence, RI are lucky for that encouragement. Now, they can sample gourmet Mexican fare at Gonzalez Food Truck.
