Here at the Chivanada Food Truck we were homesick for the authentic flavors of our native Cartagena. So we set out to make Crispy, Cheesy and Meaty Empanadas even better than the ones we grew up with! Welcome to Chivanada, an Empanada truck bringing the best of Colombia to Nashville. Shrimp empanadas were amazing! It was hot and the cheese was melty but it wasn't overly greasy or messy. Very flavorful!
