Here at the Chivanada Food Truck we were homesick for the authentic flavors of our native Cartagena. So we set out to make Crispy, Cheesy and Meaty Empanadas even better than the ones we grew up with! Welcome to Chivanada, an Empanada truck bringing the best of Colombia to Nashville. The food was hot and since you can't get true Spanish food here the Patacones and maduros was excellent. We call the Patacones tostones in South Florida.

I had the beef empanada and my wife got the Lentil and we both loved it. I can’t wait to try the shrimp next time. I hope y’all come back soon!
