Here at the Chivanada Food Truck we were homesick for the authentic flavors of our native Cartagena. So we set out to make Crispy, Cheesy and Meaty Empanadas even better than the ones we grew up with! Welcome to Chivanada, an Empanada truck bringing the best of Colombia to Nashville. They got our order perfect and food was delicious. My only advice is to not combine 2 different types of empanadas in the same box. We had cut them open to know which 2 were lentils and which 2 were vegan/potato when placed in the same box. Otherwise all was awesome!

Food is excellent, but they need to serve the empanadas with more sauce. I even requested more sauce in the notes section, but there was no extra sauce in the box.
