Food Truck Catering for Large-Scale Events in Provo, Utah
Big gatherings in Provo run on two things: breathtaking mountain views and mouth-watering food. Whether you’re packing LaVell Edwards Stadium for a BYU Cougars game, hosting the annual Stadium of Fire celebration, or filling Pioneer Park for the Provo Farmers Market, top-notch food truck catering turns any large-scale event into an instant hit.
Forget the old tent kitchens that once lined Center Street—modern food trucks roll in with fully self-contained commercial kitchens. Setup is fast, teardown is faster, and every truck carries the permits and power it needs, so you can keep your focus on the stage, the game, or the fireworks overhead.
Best Food Trucks curates a fleet that delivers true Utah County flavor. Picture sizzling street tacos from Yoyo's Tacos, crispy chicken perfection from The Nug, hearty burritos at Rio Sonora Mexican Food, comfort-food classics from Rooster's Chicken N' Fries Food Truck, and legendary ice-cream sandwiches from Penguin Brothers. With variety like this, every guest finds a favorite.
From tech conferences at the Utah Valley Convention Center to outdoor weddings along the Provo River, our team handles scheduling, parking logistics, and on-site service for crowds from 500 to 50,000. If you’re searching for the best food truck catering for large-scale events in Provo, call Best Food Trucks and let our local partners feed your crowd in true Wasatch Front style.
Skip the Line at Provo’s Biggest Events
Nothing kills the energy of the Stadium of Fire or a packed BYU homecoming quite like a 30-minute food line. Best Food Trucks solves that with our mobile ordering platform built specifically for food truck catering at large-scale events in Provo. Guests scroll the menus on their phones, tap to pay, and get a text the moment their fry sauce–smothered burger or fresh Cougar Blue ice cream is ready—no more weaving through crowds on Center Street just to see what’s left.
Organizers love it, too. Send out a pre-order link with your Freedom Festival tickets, let marathon runners schedule a post-race pickup along University Avenue, or stagger pickup windows for a tech expo at the Utah Valley Convention Center. Our system processes thousands of orders per hour, so even a sold-out LaVell Edwards Stadium can eat without missing a snap. Food trucks for large-scale events plus Best Food Trucks’ online ordering equals a smoother, tastier, and more memorable Provo event every time.

Hire this truck for your event! I hired them with about two weeks notice for my 50th birthday party, and I’m so glad I did! Donnell was fantastic to work with in terms of planning, and the food was *all* amazing—my guests could not stop raving. They worked with me to do small portions of more items so that we could have a variety… I chose jerk chicken, salmon, wings, and chicken tenders as entrees, and sides included Rasta Pasta, rice and peas, cabbage, and Yummy Mac. Everything about the entire experience was highly organized and super friendly, including impeccable service on the night of the event! Yummy food, and fantastic friendly service-you can’t go wrong! 😃

All of the food was delicious. We just moved from Chicago a year ago and it was a nice taste of home!

One of the best pizzas around. I love the Grandma's pizza and the Bianca. By far the best Grandma's pizza in the area!

Burgers were amazing. Brisket was perfectly cooked and sides were all very good. Best side? Those baked beans are solid! Great dinner tonight. Thanks!

The Mac and cheese is delicious but those ribs were soooo good. The collards were spicy and that was unexpected but the food was overall delicious

The quesadilla was a little too wet for my liking. Sour cream on top also made it messy. No chocolate on churros was disappointing. Churros were really good though.

Showed up early. Served almost 70 people, all of whom raced about the food and the guys. Would definitely have them again.

Plan to have the orders ontime. There will always be those who choose to come and order at the truck, but those who order online should be honored and not pushed back because of a hungry crowd. I feel bad for the cook and server who have to keep apologizing for not having an online order ready while they take and fill orders of those who show up unannounced
