This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

We recently catered from High on Tacos for our company event, and it was hands down the best choice I made! The tacos were delicious—fresh and packed with flavor. Almost everything was deliciously perfect. The corn beef is so tender and beautifully seasoned. The cabbage however, was undergone and bitter, with bits of charred burnt areas.
