Burnt Ends were very tasty. I'd be willing to pay a little more to have more meat included, though.

Only good was food. Service was bad. Had to wait 45+ minutes for a 5 minute sandwich.

BBQ was awesome, they need to work on the online ordering.. took 45 min to get my food, they texted saying it was ready for pickup, when I arrived at truck and told them, they just started putting my order together. Took an additional 15 min while at truck, wouldn't have ordered online if I had to wait at truck anyways. Rule of thumb:don't say order is ready for pickup until it is ACTUALLY ready for pickup!

The food was good. However the service was really slow. It took an hour from when the order was accepted to when I got the notice that my food was ready. Then it was unorganized when it was time to pick up. Took another 20 mins

I ordered rib tips. The were the most bone filled rib tips I've ever had. I think the amount of actual meat was less than half of what originally looked like meat. The meat that was there tasted great, though!

Love their ribs and rib ends. Like that they do a punch card. Appreciate that they apologized for the online order communication issue by giving me an extra rib. Great customer service!!

No, food is consistently good. Value of 4 ribs for $10 is on par or better with other BBQ places. Beans are very good. Appreciate punch card they use.
