the service was excellent! This is our first time hiring a food truck from BTF and it was super last minute. I submitted my request on Friday before Memorial Day, for a Memorial Day Luncheon and BTF did not fail us. Aloha Friday worked out great for us. It was easy for them to serve our 350 middle schoolers in less than 2 hours. We offered them 3 choices and the kids loved the Spam Musubi, Chicken Teriyaki and Spicy Tuna Bowl. I would definitely work with them again! The communication with using Best Food Truck to get to them was a little spotty but it all worked out in the end.
