Food Truck Catering for Large-Scale Events in Memphis
From the banks of the Mississippi River to the crowds pouring down Beale Street, Memphis knows how to throw a party—but every legendary Bluff City gathering needs unforgettable food. Modern Memphis food truck catering for large scale events replaces old-school tent kitchens with fully self-contained mobile restaurants. No extra permits for pop-up grills, no marathon setup times, just roll in, fire up, and feed thousands at AutoZone Park, Tom Lee Park, the FedExForum plaza, or your company’s campus.
Best Food Trucks curates the city’s top mobile kitchens so your festival, concert, 5K, or tailgate offers the same soulful variety you’d find at the World Championship Barbecue Cooking Contest. Want bold Latin flavor? Invite Soi No. 9. Craving down-home bites that pair perfectly with Memphis blues? Book Good Groceries Market & Cafe Truck or the crowd-pleasing Memphis Mojo Cafe. Spice things up with the aromatic curries and street snacks from Chakka Aur Chaat Food Truck, then keep guests energized with craft coffee creations from Voodoo Cafe.
Whether you’re organizing the next Beale Street Music Festival, a University of Memphis homecoming bash, or a city-wide corporate picnic, our team schedules, routes, and manages multiple trucks so lines stay short and plates stay full. It’s the easiest way to give your attendees the flavors they love while you focus on the music, the game, and that unmistakable Memphis vibe. When it comes to large scale event catering in Memphis, Best Food Trucks brings the kitchen—and the soul food—to you.
Skip the Line and Soak Up the Memphis Magic
When the Tigers kick off at Simmons Bank Liberty Stadium or the Cooper-Young Festival streets fill with music fans, nobody wants to miss a minute standing in line for lunch. Best Food Trucks’ cutting-edge online ordering system lets your guests tap a few buttons on their phones, then get right back to the action until a text says their food is hot and ready. It’s the Bluff City way—less waiting, more celebrating.
Planning a riverfront fireworks show or a 20,000-runner St. Jude marathon? Send attendees a pre-order link so they can choose a pickup window before gates even open. Our platform is built for true large-scale event food truck catering in Memphis, processing thousands of simultaneous orders without breaking a sweat—just like the pitmasters on Beale Street. Pair mobile kitchens with mobile ordering, and your crowd enjoys world-class eats while you keep the spotlight on the music, the game, and that unmistakable Memphis groove.

Once again, they were absolutely amazing. We had a wonderful experience with The Fiesta Wagon and can't say enough about them!

The food was incredibly tasty and the portions were large - enough left over for lunch tomorrow. There aren't many creole trucks out there so knocking it out of the park flavor-wise was great!

Delicious food, ready for pickup exactly when promised, and friendly, welcoming folks running the operation. I hope they return to Greyhawk Landing.

Food was delicious but I have a feeling I got someone else's order. Be careful with your online orders.

Everything was great but no one knew they could get a cookie, the sign for the type of pizza's and the cookie was not very visible. The team did a great job, food was hot and delicious (salad very good). We had some happy campers.

Have the pick-up window labeled so people who pre-order can go straight up to the window instead of being overlooked as someone who hasn't ordered yet or someone who is waiting for their food order.

I would put messaging in the text alerts to: let the staff know when you have arrived and provide your order number. I waited 15 min. Not realizing that. Thank you

I received a text saying it was ready and then when I got there they made me wait ten more minutes for it and it was the 3rd order of the day and on the counter the whole time. It's not hot anymore. Food would be better still warm
