Hired them for a company Birthday / Retirement luncheon. Staff arrived on time, was very friendly, and very organized. From the minute they parked the vehicle they were ready to begin service. This was a seamless service and the ordering was easy. Everything was prepaid in advance and so no uncertainties were looming. The food was delicious, good selection of meats, and various options of items in the burrito to make it customized. The quote was for Burritos, Quesadillas, and Tacos, but when they arrived the sign on the window stated Tacos and Burritos only; so there was some miscommunication there. But it didn't really phase us too much. I will definitely be hiring this truck again in the future.

Food was great, size was a lot bigger than expected so when I was halfway done with the sandwich the fries were cold. And with a sandwich that big I probably shouldn't have ordered the fries too.

El Jefecito was so easy to work with. The tacos were delicious and the churros were out of this world. Our employees kept going back for a second Churro.

Oh it's just personal preference which can't be helped with a pre-order, the food was great - for ME, a bit too much terriaki sauce and not enough rice lol but it was yummy!!

Just small things. Honestly, the food was very good. I don't say that lightly, but the fries didn't have any salt and the macaroni salad could use some onion or celery to add some dimension to it. Still very good but next level would have been those things

because I asked you to cut the burger in half to make it more manageable for me to eat and instead of taking 5 seconds to cut it in half you gave me a cheap plastic knife to cut it myself. Have you ever cut soft bread with a cheap plastic knife ? Not easy.

The prices are always the worst part. I understand that it has to work this way but it is insane to pay 7 dollars for a small side of mac n cheese.
