This was my first time looking into getting a food truck on site to feed our employees. You guys made it very easy and so did Paul, with Doc E's BBQ! The food was delicious and everyone I talked to say the same! The portions were perfect and was a very easy process. I had the pulled pork with slaw on top for my first plate and then later on Paul gave us a pan of ribs that were phenomenal!

We loved the chicken in the Torta and taco bowl. The green sauce is also very tasty. The churros and Nutella dip were also served hot and fresh. Overall very satisfied.

The bottom bun where the meat was put on top of was completely mush. Had to just eat it with a fork but it was very tasty!
