Food Truck Catering for Large-Scale Events in Grand Junction
From downtown concerts on Main Street to cheering on the GJ Rockies at Suplizio Field, Grand Junction knows how to throw a party—just ask anyone who’s survived a weekend at Country Jam. The secret ingredient that turns these gatherings into legendary memories is unbeatable food, and nothing serves a crowd faster or tastier than a convoy of local food trucks.
Unlike the old-school tent kitchens that needed extra permits, generators, and hours of set-up, today’s food trucks roll in with fully self-contained commercial kitchens. That means quicker service, shorter lines, and zero headache for event planners. Best Food Trucks coordinates multiple trucks at once, so whether you’re feeding festival-goers along the Riverfront Trail or thousands of peach-lovers at the Palisade Peach Festival, we’ve got the roster to keep everyone satisfied.
Looking for variety? Tap into Grand Junction favorites like the sizzling carne asada coming off the grill at Armando Tacos, smoky ribs and brisket from Bo-B-Q, or gooey mac-n-cheese burgers at Bravos Food Truck. Craving a retro vibe? Jukebox Jamboree dishes up classic American comfort food with a side of rock-’n-roll.
So whether you’re organizing a marathon finish line along the Colorado River, a company picnic at Canyon View Park, or a large-scale conference at Two Rivers Convention Center, choose Best Food Trucks for seamless, crowd-pleasing food truck catering in Grand Junction.
Skip the line and enjoy your Grand Junction event!
At concerts on Las Colonias Amphitheater’s lawn or during the electric final game of the JUCO World Series at Suplizio Field, no one wants to miss the action because they’re stuck in a food line. Best Food Trucks solves that problem with our cutting-edge online ordering system—built to keep large-scale events in Grand Junction moving.
Guests simply scan a QR code, choose from any of the participating food trucks, and pay right from their phones. When the carne asada tacos, Palisade peach BBQ sliders, or lavender-honey ice cream are ready, a text message alerts them to swing by the truck’s express window. Zero standing around, zero FOMO—just great food and more time to soak in the Western Slope fun.
Planning ahead? Send your attendees a pre-order link so they can schedule a specific pick-up time before gates even open at Canyon View Park or the Grand Junction Convention Center. Our platform is engineered for high-frequency ordering, so whether 500 or 15,000 people tap in at once, every ticket is processed smoothly.
Food truck catering for large-scale events in Grand Junction plus Best Food Trucks’ online ordering equals happy crowds, shorter lines, and an unforgettable experience. Let us handle the rush so your audience can get back to the music, the game, and the mountain views.

Add a choice of flour tortilla for tacos. I love corn tortillas, but I am now allergic to corn sadly. It's not severe, but it is uncomfortable. So I just took the steak out of the tacos and put them in a soft taco I had here.

They provided pico de gallo even though they missed the extra salsa verde (again!). But the tacos and quesadilla were awesome!

The corned beef was really, really good - don't change that. The pollock in the fish reuben was decent but could have been better. I ordered colcannon and was just potatoes and scallions - there wasn't any cabbage or bacon bits.
