Food Truck Catering for Large Scale Events in Grand Junction
Grand Junction knows how to throw a party—just ask anyone who’s danced at Las Colonias Amphitheater, cheered at the JUCO World Series at Suplizio Field, or browsed the downtown Art & Music Festival. What do all of these Western Slope gatherings have in common? Crowds that get hungry fast. Best Food Trucks makes feeding those crowds simple with professional food truck catering for large scale events in Grand Junction.
Forget pop-up tents that need extra permits, power drops, and hours of setup. Our Mesa County–licensed food trucks roll in with fully self-contained commercial kitchens, ready to serve everything from sunrise breakfast burritos to late-night barbecue. Because each truck operates independently, lines stay shorter and menus stay fresh, keeping your guests happy while they take in views of the Colorado National Monument.
Best Food Trucks will curate a fleet that matches the personality of your event. Picture the aroma of carne asada drifting from Armando Tacos, smoky ribs sizzling at Bo-B-Q, and comfort-food favorites dished out by Bravos Food Truck and Jukebox Jamboree. From the Palisade Peach Festival to campus concerts at CMU, we coordinate multiple vendors, handle all health-department paperwork, and provide on-site support so you can focus on the music, the art, or the big game.
If you’re planning a festival, marathon, or corporate picnic with thousands of attendees, book Grand Junction’s most trusted food truck catering for large scale events today. Discover why organizers across the Western Slope call Best Food Trucks the best caterers for large events.
Skip the Lines at Your Grand Junction Large-Scale Event
Nothing kills the buzz of a downtown First Friday art walk or a packed night at Las Colonias Amphitheater like a 40-minute food line. Best Food Trucks fixes that with Grand Junction’s only large-event online ordering system designed specifically for food trucks. Guests simply scan a QR code, choose their tacos, ramen, or peach-crisp sundae from any truck on site, and kick back by the Colorado River until a text tells them their meal is ready. No shuffling forward in a cramped queue—just more time for live music, vendor booths, and high-desert sunsets.
Planning ahead? We’ll email your ticket holders a pre-order link so they can lock in a pickup window before the gates even open. The platform is battle-tested at JUCO championship crowds and USA Pro Challenge finish lines, processing hundreds of orders per minute without a hiccup. Pairing Mesa County’s favorite food trucks with frictionless mobile ordering keeps attendees focused on your event, not their empty stomachs—proving once again why Best Food Trucks is the go-to choice for food truck catering for large scale events in Grand Junction.

The quesadilla was a little too wet for my liking. Sour cream on top also made it messy. No chocolate on churros was disappointing. Churros were really good though.

Showed up early. Served almost 70 people, all of whom raced about the food and the guys. Would definitely have them again.

Plan to have the orders ontime. There will always be those who choose to come and order at the truck, but those who order online should be honored and not pushed back because of a hungry crowd. I feel bad for the cook and server who have to keep apologizing for not having an online order ready while they take and fill orders of those who show up unannounced

I got the cheesesteak combo. It was pretty good. Fries were a bit too crunchy and overcooked for my liking.
