Fat Boys Food Truck catered our CEO’s 25th anniversary celebration, and they were fantastic from start to finish! The team was punctual, professional, and a pleasure to work with. Our staff had great things to say about how delicious everything was — the food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared. We were pleasantly surprised by the variety of options; we were expecting just burgers but were thrilled to see chicken tenders, wraps, and salads as well. Everyone found something they loved! The truck arrived 30 mins late, which caused quite a disturbance. The food was cooked and served quickly. Some things were overcooked and dried out, a bit. However, Mike was very courteous and professional and accommodating.
