Hot, Customizable Meals Delivered to Your Asheville Studio Set!
Filming against the misty backdrop of the Blue Ridge Mountains? Best Food Trucks is the local expert in Asheville studio food truck catering. From indie shoots in the River Arts District to big-budget productions near the Biltmore Estate, we keep Western North Carolina crews fueled and focused. Our team will craft rotating daily menus, secure the best parking on narrow mountain roads, streamline online ordering and pickup, verify Buncombe County permits and insurance, and provide a clear cost analysis that fits your production budget.
Looking for crowd-pleasing options? Treat the cast and crew to Southern comfort favorites from Sweet Southern Funk Food Truck, plant-based goodness from The Smokin' Onion Restaurant & Food Truck, halal platters from Yalla Food Truck, elevated American bistro classics from Local Buggy Cafe Food Truck, or sizzling wood-fired pies from Smokee's Pizza. Our Asheville food truck roster covers vegan, halal, gluten-free, and down-home Carolina flavors, satisfying even the most persnickety eaters on set.
Food truck catering for studios in Asheville slashes downtime, cuts food and packaging waste, and keeps mealtime as flexible as your shooting schedule. Let Best Food Trucks handle the logistics so you can focus on capturing that perfect mountain light—one less thing for you to worry about.
Fueling Asheville’s Creative Economy—One Truck at a Time
Booking Asheville studio food truck catering isn’t just the easiest way to keep your cast and crew happy—it’s a tangible boost to the 828’s thriving small-business scene. Nearly every truck we roll onto set is a family-run venture based right here in Buncombe County, sourcing produce from tailgate markets like North Asheville and meat from regionally loved farms such as Hickory Nut Gap. Every gyro, taco, and biscuit you order keeps dollars circulating from the River Arts District to Pack Square.
Choosing food trucks over conventional craft-services buffets is also an eco-friendly win. Mobile kitchens sip less energy than a brick-and-mortar caterer, and our digital ordering system slashes single-use paper waste. Many Asheville vendors even compost with local partners like Danny’s Dumpster to keep food scraps out of the landfill and in the soil that grows next season’s collards.
So the next time you Google “low-budget film catering near me” or “Asheville studio food truck catering,” remember you can feed the crew, uplift local entrepreneurs, and tread lightly on these beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains— all with one quick booking through Best Food Trucks.

We ordered the Chili Chicken Pizza, Pepperoni Pizza, and an order of wings. Everything was delicious

The Buffalo Chicken Pizza was perfect and the Pepperoni with Bell Pepper was good. I personally had a problem with my veggie pizza, but it is really my fault because I guess the veggie pizza comes with Truffle Oil on it and either I didn't see that or I don't like Truffle Oil. So really the truck gets a 5.

It was fresh and delicious and phenomenal value at $15. I'll definitely eat there again next time they're at Peabody.

Nashville bourbon cheesesteak.. delicious only suggestion to put queso sauce in a separate container so the bread won't get soggy.

. The boneless wings and fries were really good but the kids burger barely had a meat patty on it. It was almost eating just bread. I know it's a kids burger but it still costs like 9 dollars.
