Chef Yayo Jimenez creates "Vintage Mexican cuisine with a modern twist" in a state of the art kitchen on wheels and we are one of Nashville's top & pioneer food trucks. Tonight was the absolute best meal I have had from you guys. We order everytime you are her but today was the first time I ordered the Sonora tacos and....on my the flavor was incredible!

The portion sizes were perfect for the price, the whole thing was absolutely delicious. We ordered too much assuming the portion sizes were like most trucks and wouldn't be enough. Now we get to enjoy it for another night! They were fantastic and had our food done 10 minutes early! Super impressed.

Food was great. But needs more salsa with the quesadilla or warning that the salsa cup is tiny.

The flavors of my tacos were AMAZING and so generous with the amount of meat on each delicious taco!!!!! (Legend and Cholula chicken tacos) Yummmmmmm!!!!!!!
