Yayo's OMG (Original Mexican Gourmet) is a food truck established in 2011 in Nashville, Tennessee. Chef Yayo Jimenez creates "Vintage Mexican cuisine with a modern twist" in a state of the art kitchen on wheels and we are one of Nashville's top & pioneer food trucks. Featured in Food Network/Cooking Channel's hit show "Eat St” , the "Eat St Cookbook", and numerous local & national publications highlighting our excellent cuisine. Nothing specific, my wife just thought the Sonora steak tacos were ok but nothing special. My 3 mahi mahi tacos tasted great but were cold and I had to heat them in the microwave.

The quesadilla was a little too wet for my liking. Sour cream on top also made it messy. No chocolate on churros was disappointing. Churros were really good though.

I am now a forever fan of Yayo’s - my steak grilled cheese burrito was amazing. Chips and queso YUM! Customer service was 10/10 very friendly folk. Thank you for a great meal!

The cheesy crust encasing my chicken burrito. It was different and gummy.

They put parchment paper under the quesadilla and the paper melted into the cheese so the paper ended up super soggy and stuck to the back of the whole quesadilla. The taste was good though, once we peeled all of the paper off.

Food was not warm. Instead of notifying us when order is ready, let us know when they are putting it together.

Food was hot. I would recommend they have a separate line for pick up only so we don't have to wait in line with new orders.
