Laovin It Lao Food Truck in Nashville
Established in early 2015 by Nokie Bayluangrath a home chef with twenty years of restaurant experience parlayed her culinary passion into her own expression of what Lao food is by starting a pop-up and catering business. The beginning of 2017 Nokie took her business to the streets by acquiring a food truck showcasing to the growing foodie scene in Nashville. ‘Laovin It’ offers traditional Lao favorites from sticky rice and papaya salad to other signature dishes like Pho Noodle Soup to Pad Thai. From the humble beginnings as a pop-up tent, Nokie is showcasing what Southeast Asian Cuisine is all about and that is the bold delicious flavors of her home country LAOS.
You can find LAOVIN’ IT food truck posted up in Music City Nashville in various locations throughout different Metro cities across Middle Tennessee.
