My food truck, Whooopsieee on Wheel, brings the flavors of the Caribbean and the sizzle of Japan together in a unique fusion of Caribbean hibachi. After years of culinary training and thirteen years of experience in the industry, I'm proud to share my passion with the community. Having worked in hibachi restaurants, from opening new locations to teaching others, I've developed a unique style that blends traditional techniques with Caribbean flair. Now, I'm thrilled to be living my dream with my food truck, serving up fresh lobster, succulent shrimp, and tender chicken, all grilled to perfection on a teppanyaki grill.
