VICTORY SHAWARMA is a Mediterranean FLAVOR-BOMB on wheels! Established in Kuwait since 1965, our Co owner/Chef FADI was born into his Palestinian restaurant family with spices and herbs coursing through his veins. After migrating to Jordan, Chef FADI brought his vision to the US while still a teen. At the heart of our menu is our succulent, SHAWARMA, marinated in our proprietary blend of Middle Eastern spices and made solely with Halal meats. Whether beef, chicken or lamb, our mission is to help SHAWARMA become a staple in the American culinary vernacular as the cheese burger, pizza, or taco. We strive to create the most flavorful and craveable dishes by applying the latest culinary techniques to our authentic recipes, cultivated from decades of dedication and love for our craft. While our SHAWARMA is the focus of our menu, we have plenty of other savory offerings as well: our vegan, house-made Falafel, signature Garlic Cheesy Pita can be served as completely vegetarian, along with our addictive Garlic Fries (make them Spicy for an extra kick)! Created by Co owner/pastry Chef Joyce, the Triple Chocolate Baklava, CINNA-Crunch Treat Bar and other indulgent desserts round out the SWEET side of VICTORY. We truly believe it is our genuine Passion for food, Love of culture and Joy in service that keep our customers coming back and convert new fans everyday.
