The Vanchetta Food Truck is one of Tampa's best kept secrets! We serve "Porchetta", which is Italian Pork stuffed with herbs and slowly roasted in our rolling Rotisserie. Try it as a sandwich or straight up with sides. Vanchetta also features plenty of freshly roasted American and Italian Sandwich options, so there's something for everyone! Our colorful truck is a great talking piece at events as well, and we offer wonderful Catering options in addition to our street side service!
