Vamos! Colombian Inspired Cuisine brings handmade White Corn Arepas to the people of Hillsborough, Pasco and Pinellas counties. Our Arepas are the top seller here but we also have other traditional Colombian favorites like salchipapas and empanadas as well Colombian inspired dishes like Chimichurri Steak & Fries, tacos and loaded tostones. Our menu is predominantly gluten free and we offer vegetarian/vegan options and even a kids menu. We are a Family owned food truck passionate about feeding the community and helping the next generation to thrive: so Vamanos to a world of flavor with our street side or Catering service!

Not the fault of truck. Ordered chimichurri steak fries...should have asked if could get steak medium rare

Steak shouldn't be well done and cut into chunks as it made it very hard to chew. Cut into straps would make the dish more enjoyable and cooked around medium doneness. More chicken in the quesadilla. Offer fruit or a vegetable alternative for the kids' meals side. Honest kids juice box with no added sugar, or another no added sugar natural juice brand, for the kids drink would be more preferable.

Everything was so tasty and delicious 🤤 this was our second time eating this. Thank you for coming back
