A number of customers were missing parts of their order. Also, pre-orders did not confer any advantage, as the order was not prepared until we stood in line to place the order anyway.

There was no efficiency on the truck . They made me wait a long time. One man offered me a free drink but had to get to hungry grandkids. Hotdogs were good

My order had been misplaced, which was too bad. But The hotdog truck pivoted nicely and were apologetic. And the food was tasty!! We liked the Boston Hoagies. I was surprised that I had to wait-- I thought the food would be ready when I arrived. There was a fair amount of milling about, trying to figure out what to do and where to stand, which was too bad. But the food was good, and we wanted to support the Franklin School.

It was efficient, everyone in our family loved the food, and it helped raise money for our school. I'm sure it was very hard to accommodate so many families in a tight timeframe but I thought the team did a great job.
