The Texan Pupusa

Pupusas; National dish from El Salvador, a thick griddle flatbread made with corn masa flour and your choice of stuffing.
The pupusas are made with cheese and your choice of meat; from pork and cheese to bean and cheese and our signature pupusa: The Texan Pupusa with Brisket and cheese. 
Served with curtido, a pickled cabbage condiment; Similar to sauerkraut and kimchi. The dish typically includes cabbage, carrots, onions, and Jalapeños and is seasoned with oregano. Topped with our traditional red tomato salsa. We also offer green salsa for our spicy lovers.
