The Tasty Wheel aims to provide quality services with a wide range of menu selections, both traditional and non traditional. We ensure that each guest receives prompt, professional, friendly and courteous service. We believe food can be delicious and have that soul flare, but with a healthy twist. We provide at a fair price, nutritional, well prepared meals, using only fresh ingrediants.

I am Chef Q, owner and chef of The Tasty Wheel soul food meat and three food truck and catering.
It was at an early age that I knew I loved food. Growing up in historic East Nashville with a vegetable garden in the back yard and having some of my most loved family sharing their love for food and showing me the ropes of cooking, it was only fitting that I became a chef. I enjoy everything from the vision, to picking the best food, to executing the perfect dish and putting on the ideal party. I have been cooking for over Twenty years and I have changed with time. No more pork and butter bases, the food I prepare has that soul taste made with healthier recipes. I aim to give you a healthier soul flavor, using fresh ingredients and my special seasonings. I am pleased to share my love for food and fellowship with you!
