Originally ordered loaded fries with steak but they ran out of steak so I got a chicken quesadilla instead and it was FANTASTIC!!!

Beef Barria tacos, guac and chips. Not a fan of the chicken, too crumbly and on the dry side. Would be better shredded

Ordered churros, they were fresh and tasty, only the dipping sauce was more of a chocolate syrup not Nutella. Ordered birria ramen, taste was good, the meat could have been more tender, noodles were a bit undercooked for my liking but that was a quick fix. Overall both were delicious!

The broth was tasteless and not sure how it could be used without making the tacos mushy. Also, offer hot carrots as a side. I think $4 each would be a better price and I was miffed over the $1 service charge/convenience fee.

The food was flavorful, the portion sizes were ample, the variety of menu options and drinks was plentiful. The staff were professional, courteous, and accommodating. The line backed up a bit with this truck being a favorite. However, even with the back up they were quick, efficient, and accurate. Thank you for your services. We will have you back again.
