The Mac Shack Mac & Cheese Food Truck in Nashville
We are Nashville’s premier LOADED GOURMET MAC N’ CHEESE food truck. What makes our mac n’ cheese loaded gourmet? We’re notorious for our large mac n’ cheese bowls. Each one comes loaded with slow cooked meats, garnishes and sauces. And our cheese sauce is made with all hand grated gourmet cheeses.
The Mac Shack is a wholesome family business, one that began with a girl cooking her boyfriend creative versions of his favorite childhood dish, mac n’ cheese! The Mac shack burger, and macaroni and cheese was really good! They had it done quickly. Also, the cobbler and ice cream from the cobbler truck was really good

I would prefer a different variety of trucks. It seems as though each week the same trucks are present with maybe 1-2 different trucks. Also, there are quite a few trucks that sell the same/similar items. There isn't much of a variety. As a Nashville native I have experienced a plethora of trucks in the Nashville/middle Tennessee area. I am hoping to see a variety of the trucks that are present. Many of the customers on Thursday either work for the state or work downtown. I have heard quite a few express that they are tired of the options in the trucks available

I place an online order for no celery in order and there was actually NO celery. Doesn't seem like much but alot of other places will forget or not read special instruction but this place did and even confirmed with me no celery when giving me order. Much appreciated. Food was also amazing
