The Flip Side Co. is a family-run food truck based in Brighton, Colorado, serving weddings, rehearsal dinners, private parties and corporate events across the Denver metro area. Our signature is the Flip: savory or sweet fillings rolled into a freshly made crepe. We also serve hearty bowls, loaded potatoes and specialty sweet potato fries, and we make much of our food ourselves, including our crepe batter, green chile crema, cheeseburger sauce and dessert fillings. Sweet Flips with fruit, Nutella, cheesecake filling and caramel make a fun late-night or dessert option for your guests.
