I ordered the falafel factory salad with rice. Toppling over difficult to carry back to my office w/o a top. Thrilled with the extra top but wish it had a top.

Set better expectations around when the food will be ready. I got a message saying it would be 7 minutes. It actually took 30 minutes. I could have been working during that time vs standing around waiting. Food was tasty, though!
