The Cheesesteak Food Truck in Tampa
Authentic Philadelphia Cheesesteak.
Tom Bradley and his family are native Philadelphians - transplanted to the Tampa Bay area in 1988. Tom and his family loved living in the Sunshine State, but always dreamed of operating a business that could offer authentic cheesesteaks just like back home. Finally, after more than 20 years, The Cheesesteak Truck, LLC was born in August of 2012. The business itself is young, but the idea and concept have been in the works for many years. Today, we proudly announce that The Cheesesteak Truck is one of Tampa Bay's most sought after food trucks, and our Cheesesteak is considered one of a kind!

All of it, you guys rock. The food is great, you made it super fast, you even were nice enough to wait to cheese my fries till I picked them up so they wouldn't get soggy! You guys rock! Come back soon!

Good cheesesteak. It only occurred to me after that I should have asked them to drizzle cheese on the fries too. They should add that to the menu.

There needs to be a better system for picking up BFT orders. I had to wait in line behind people who were placing orders while my food was ready and sitting there getting cold
