CHEESECAKE?!?! WHO WOULD HAVE THOUGHT??

Several years ago I made a cheesecake for my husband for his birthday. It was a New York style with a homemade raspberry compote. It. Was. AMAZING!!!
IT WAS A DOMINO EFFECT!

I started getting orders from family and close friends. By the holiday season of 2020 I had received a hundred orders! It was a very exciting time. I decided, at the urging of many friends and family, to start this business. And so, The Cheesecake Lady was born!
SO GRATEFUL!

That brings us to where we are today, running a successful small business filling special orders, dabbling in catering and travelling all over in a concession trailer! I love baking cheesecake and I LOVE it the most when YOU love my cheesecake creations!!
