Taco Baby has wild Tacos for the wild people of Austin! Our trailer features multiple flavors of the world’s favorite street food. We are best known for the Mahi Mahi Tacos, topped with onion, tomato, cilantro and our spicy slaw! They’re amazing. Next try the “Piggie Smalls” which features our bomb Carnitas topped with lettuce, tomato and fresh pineapple salsa. Our Chips and Queso are always a hit with the kids! Taco Baby has built a strong reputation around town and we do Event Catering as well.

Carnitas and mahi mahi. Would prefer flour tortillas for mahi mahi tacos and the Texas cheesesteak.
