Station House BBQ began as a shared vision between Firefighter Anthony Fonseca (#902) and his wife Allison, a devoted schoolteacher. United by their commitment to serving others, they spent years supporting their Tampa Bay community—Anthony at the firehouse, Allison in the classroom.
What started as weekend cookouts for friends and fellow first responders quickly grew into something bigger. With Anthony’s signature smoked BBQ and Allison’s signature warmth, Station House became known not just for its food, but for the sense of connection it brings to every table.
From humble beginnings to a beloved local staple, Station House BBQ is fueled by family, community, and a deep love for bringing people together—one plate at a time.
