BEST Burger Ever
Truly a meat and cheese lovers delight. We double our 100% angus all beef patties, 1/3 lb. each , seasoned perfectly. We add double thick slices of American cheese which melts while your burger is grilled to your desired texture. We then serve this delight on a toasted Martin’s bun, and add our house made garlic mayonnaise. Add Sautéed onions if desired.

Bacon Chili Cheeseburger
The Chili Cheese Burger is one of my favorites. We start with 100% angus beef, a one third pound patty that is seasoned just right. Next is our homemade chili, the tomato, chili spices, and American cheese all go together amazingly well with this chili cheeseburger. Lastly, we add our Hickory Smoked 🥓 bacon for a one of a kind burger. Try it. You'll like it.

Bacon Double Cheeseburger
Two 100% angus beef patties 1/3 lb. each, grilled and seasoned perfectly. We add fresh lettuce, tomatoes and pickles. We melt two thick slices of cheese , special sauce and our extra thick hickory smoked bacon on top with a few jalapeño slices for a little kick if you desire.

Bacon Mac and Cheese Burger
Our 100% angus beef 1/3 lb. patty , grilled and seasoned just right, served on a freshly toasted bun. We add an extra thick slice of American cheese to go with the thick hickory smoked bacon, then our homemade cheesy macaroni topped off with our special house sauce. Delicious!

Mexican burger
We start with our 1/3 lb. of 100% angus all beef burger. We season it and grill it like the old school, low and slow. Our fresh Pico de Gallo and guacamole are generously added along with fresh lettuce, tomato, refried beans, ham, cheese, grilled onions ,mayo mustard, ketchup and jalapeños. All of this is gently placed onto a fresh potato bun for a foodie experience. Flavors abound!

We begin this journey with a Nathan’s jumbo hot dog that is grilled, Then we add extra thick bacon, slice of ham, topped it with pinto beans, onions, jalapeño salsa or fresh Pico de Gallo, and fresh guacamole. Lastly we top it off with crema and lime. Fiesta of flavors.

New York Chopped Cheese
From the Bronx in New York City a chopped cheese or “chop cheese”. We begin with a 100% angus ground beef patty placed directly on top of a sizzling hot grill. We add American cheese, fresh onions, lettuce, and tomato on top, while still on the grill so all the flavors come together. We add ketchup, mayo, and mustard to a fresh bun. Served hot off the grill! Add jalapeño to taste.

Onion Burger
Also known as the Oklahoma burger. We start with 100% angus beef patty, one third pound, seasoned generously with salt and pepper. After it is sizzling hot we top it off with a giant mound of paper-thin sliced onions, and then smashed onto a screaming-hot griddle. All served on a Martin's Potato bun for a blend of flavors. For you cheese lovers , we will gladly add complimentary slices of cheese to this burger. Just let us know when ordering.

Original Philly cheesesteak
Our authentic Philly cheesesteak begins with a toasted fresh roll, continues with our thinly sliced sautéed rib-eye steak, seasoned to perfection. We add cheese while grilling melting the flavors together and, as often as not, fresh griddled onions for than undeniable taste. Other toppings may include sautéed mushrooms, ketchup and hot or sweet peppers. Sometimes you may want a cheesesteak hoagie, a hybrid that combines the cheesesteak with cold dressings ;lettuce, tomato and mayonnaise. Our Cheesesteaks are of generous portions, delicious and flavorful. A meal you won’t forget.

Sausage and steak
This sandwich starts off simple. But results in a complex mix of spices, garlic, crunch, meatiness, sweetness, and flavor. We slow cook our sweet onions until they are perfectly caramelized, melt-in-your mouth ready. Then we grill one-half pound specially prepared and smoked pork and beef polish sausage, plus, we generously add our famous thinly sliced ribeye steak. We place this delicacy inside of a fresh Martians roll, topped with the sweetest grilled onions on earth. A must for those who know.

We use fresh and local Kolobassa sausage, a 9 inch jumbo sausage. It is made from pork and is seasoned with garlic and other tasty spices. The sausage is smoked and then grilled. We serve it with onions and peppers on a toasted roll with a bit of spicy 😋 mustard if you like.

Slaw Dog
