Shmack'n Plates was founded in 2020 by Rob Howard. Rob's passion for cooking began at a very young age as a hobby only cooking for family & friends. With continued support and encouragement from his wife and family, his hobby evolved into much more! He originally wanted to open a food truck after college; but decided to take a leap of faith and allow the public to 'get shmacked' through a meal prep & catering business. The company focuses on low-carb meals with a healthy spin on new & traditional dishes. Shmack'n Plates will take your taste buds on a trip around the world!
