Cheese, White, Margharita, Pepperoni, Sausage, Hawaiian pizzas. Made from our beautiful woodfired oven and displayed on a buffet table.
Wood Fired Veggies
Wood Fired roasted vegetables: broccoli, potatoes, green beans, zuchini, red bell peppers, carrots, garlic, onions, parsley.
Finger foods
Cheese and Bread platter, Charcuterie platter, Veggies platter.
Green Salad
Greens, red onions, cherry tomatoes.
Salads
Green salad (greens, cherry tomatoes, red onions). French rice salad (rice, tuna, garbanzo beans, red bell peppers, artichokes, olives, parsley, cilantro, seasoning). Ceasar salad, Greek salad... Any sepcific request welcome.
Dessert
Cup cakes
Drinks
Home made lemonade, Water (with Lemon slices), sodas... Any secial request welcome but no alcohol.
About Seb's Pizzas
One of the first food truck in the Boulder county area 12 years ago.
We won many pizza awards over the years and we have a strong professional reputation.
We do street services, block parties, festivals and many other private/corporate parties. Our menu is a variety of woodfired pizzas but for private events we offer a larger selection of items including but limited to appetizers, finger foods, any woodfired fish/meat, roasted vegetables, salads,... and drinks.

A little confusion of the front end, but overall it turned out great! Eveyone loved the pizzas and Seb was great at making sure everyone had what they wanted - including gluten-free options. Every last slice was eaten. It was awesome.

They were a big hit at our event. There was always pizza available for people to grab.
