Smoked Brisket Sandwich (on a restaurant style bun)
Smoked low and slow up to 14 hours. Juicy, smoky, with that flavored fat. Tender so that it almost melts in your mouth, but not too tender that it falls apart when slicing. Pickles, mild BBQ sauce. We can top it with Cole slaw just let us know.
