Rolled 4 Ever Ice Cream Food Truck in Nashville
Bariangela Segovia and Maliyah Bass both founded Rolled 4 Ever Ice Cream Food Truck in June of 2018. It all began with a spring break trip their junior year of college to New York City. The two graduates of Belmont University and Middle Tennessee State University believed the idea of Thai-inspired, Rolled Ice Cream was such a cool concept. They thought making it mobile, would add a unique twist.
The two lifelong friends turned a “cool concept” into a full time career. Since, Rolled 4 Ever Ice Cream has grown tremendously. In October of 2020, Rolled 4 Ever Ice Cream added their first storefront location located in the thriving neighborhood of Germantown (Nashville, TN).
The environment these two life-long friends have created brings a new, fun and exciting twist to a traditional favorite, ice cream.

! The crepes were surprisingly filling as well as tasty. Very fresh and deliscious pesto. The rolled ice cream was a fun treat to watch them make as well as eat! 5!

I'm sure the process of rolling ice cream is delicate, but putting in an order for 6:30 and getting it at 6:55 was hard on my kiddos. Otherwise, it was great!
